Obama takes superdelegate lead for the first time!
From George McGovern to other random supers, they are starting to jumpship from Clinton to Obama.
The sinking ship is sinking fast after HillDog pulled the race card yesterday and now she finds herself cash-strapped. Donations are extremely low and she may have to reach MORE into her own funds. WHY?
Senator Obama took a victory lap yesterday around the Capitol and now is on the Electoral Campaign trail. His new adds will be directly aimed at McCain.
"With vastly more money, Sen. Obama will be able to flood the airwaves as voters are forming impressions"
Net gain for today: Obama 5, Clinton 0 (thanks to Mark Halperin @ Time Magazine)
Obama gets:
–California DNC members Ed Espinoza and Vernon Watkins.
–American Federation of Government Employees head John Gage announces for Obama. The union endorses as well.
–New Jersey Rep. Donald Payne, who tells The Star-Ledger he’s switching from Clinton.
–Oregon Rep. DeFazio.
Clinton gets:
–Endorsement of Pennsylvania Rep. Chris Carney
